Every year, we go on a weekend snowmobiling trip with the Maughans. We had so much fun! We went up to Wolf Creek, slept over and played in the snow all day. I thought sledding was the best part! This hill may not look that big, but it was the biggest hill I've ever sledded down! We had a blast.

Palm Springs
Okay I have so much to post- I haven't posted anything from the holidays yet! I'll just do one thing at a time! A couple of days after Christmas, we went to Palm Springs for a little vacation before school starts. It was so much fun and most of all- so relaxing! It was 70 degrees most of the trip. I think our batteries are charged and we're ready for a new semester-- or as ready as we can be right????

TAG---- I'M IT!
Bianca, Melissa and Chel tagged me!! Okay here we go….
1: Best thing you cooked last week:
Ha Ha I am kind of in the learning stages of cooking still. After 3 years of being married I am finally taking the plunge! I don’t know how much Bran is enjoying the meals I am trying for the first time but I am sure he appreciates the thought! Last week the best thing I cooked was probably teriyaki salmon. It was so so easy too. Just teriyaki sauce, salmon and in the oven for 15 minutes!
2: If money and time were no object, where would you go and with whom?
Well the person I would choose is pretty obvious—my hubby. The place… hm… I would love to go to Europe first to see Bran’s mission and the other countries there I’ve always wanted to see, and then we would just finish the trip off with week in Aruba or something. Money’s no issue right???
3: Last time you cried:
On Thursday night at Adam’s Army! It was amazing to see the support and love everyone showed for Adam and Alissa. They are so loved. It’s also so touching to watch how strong both Adam and Alissa and the Ingersoll family are being. They have so much faith. They’re truly inspirational =)
4: 5 Things you were doing 10 years ago:
Okay 10 years ago I was 12…. Ha Ha I was in 7th grade. I was wearing JNCO’s thinking I was so cool even though I was a joke with all of my future friends (Nikki rescued me!) A few months later I was with Nikki and Candice everyday, just getting my braces on, probably going out with Taylor Turnbull and thinking I was really cool even though I wasn’t! I was just becoming to be good friends with my sisters too….I think it took them a while to forgive me after being a hellion freak for the first 12 years of my life! All I have to say is I’m so glad Ange is still alive… love ya Anne!
5: 5 things you did today, or will do today:
Today is Sunday- the most relaxing day of the week! We woke up and went to Stake Conference, I went visiting teaching, we are going up to Maughan’s for dinner and we both have big tests this week so we will be doing some studying tonight. And we’ll probably finish the night off with an intense game of Skip-Bo. (Bran always gets so lucky… one of these days I know I’m gonna catch him cheating…)
6: 5 favorite snacks:
Hmmm.. I have too many! I love fresh fruit (Pomegranite is soooo good) and cashews. My favorite sugary snack is skittles (some things never change) but I get a head ache pretty fast if I have too many. I love gooey rice krispie treats and any kind of dip… I pretty much like everything.
7: 6 bad habits:
1: Biting my nails
2: Being a little too sarcastic sometimes
3: Picking a fight with Bran if I haven’t exercised yet that day.
4: Snoozing the alarm clock in the mornings so we’re both late to class
5: Giving my opinion even if it’s not asked for (Bran can testify to this! There’s been so many times that we drive home from somewhere and I’m saying… “Oh crap, I shouldn’t have said that”)
6. I have to agree with Chel… watching the Bachelor instead of doing my homework!!
8: 5 favorite foods
1: Macaroni Grill anything
2: Bajio’s chicken green chile salad
3: Thanksgiving meal (the whole thing… mashed potatoes, gravy veggies, turkey—it’s all so good!)
4: Any kind of fresh wrap with grilled chicken
5: And I have to agree with Ange- Pizza Hut is so good!
6. I need to add one… fish! Salmon or Halibut…yummm
9: 5 places you've been:
1: My favorite place we’ve ever been is Kauai. It was a late honeymoon and it was a BLAST.
2: A cruise to Mexico with Grandma and Grandpa Hansen
3: Miami and Orlando
4: Coronado… that place is amazing. I love going there with Bran… we have a lot of good old memories there.
5: And I also have to say Heritage Tours was a favorite trip of mine.
10: Favorite Memory
I have a couple. One of them is picking Bran up at the airport and seeing him for the first time. I know this is so cheesy but I will never forget the feeling I had after not seeing him for two years! It was an unreal night. And of course our engagement, wedding day, all of our fun memories since then… too many to choose from.
