T.R.I.A.T.H.L.O.N

Ok, I have so much posting to catch up on. Since school started, I don't have as much time for blogging...sad. Last weekend Bran, Bianca and I did the Kokopelli Triathlon in St. George. It was such a fun experience for Bran and I to do together! Bran swam first, and then he waited a few minutes so we could do the bike and run together.

Bran and I biking--Thank GOODNESS for our friends Shawn and Tiffinee! Like two days before we left to go to St. George, Shawn and Tiff let us take their bikes, helmets, some of their clothes, water bottles, car rack...EVERYTHING! Let's just say we were a tid bit unprepared!

Rachelle

I wanted to pay a quick tribute to my cute little cousin, Rachelle. Rachelle was baptized on September 6th. It was such a great day- and she looked so beautiful in her white baptism dress! Love you Chelle!

Camping

We went up the canyon with my family a little while ago to cook dinner and hang out. Uncle Clay came up with us, and it was so fun! We were trying to get some pictures that weren't so "ordinary". It didn't work out the way we wanted it to... Here's the first one we took of Ange and Aust:

So we finally caved and just took a normal picture.
The boys built a wood raft and set it on fire to see how far it would go--the things you think of when you're in the wild!

A few nights after that, we went camping with Ange and Austin-we found THE BEST spot! The only problem was...we forgot a flashlight. We took a billion pictures in our tent and we got a few that sort of worked out.



In the morning, Ange made the most amazing foiled breakfast burritos. Here's Bran enjoying his. And of course he has his best friend Moutain Dew in his hand at 9:00 in the morning!

Heavenly

We went to Lake Tahoe a couple of weeks ago with Greg and Bianca. Bran and I both had never been there before...it was gorgeous. We camped the first three nights, and then stayed in a hotel the last two nights. It was so much fun to camp! They boys weren't too excited for it...but they did it, and I think they had fun too. Greg and Bianca have all of the pictures of the whole trip, but they're gone for two weeks and I can't wait that long! We have some pictures of a couple of days at the beach so this will just have to do! Here we are the first day at Pope Beach. I absolutely loved Tahoe, but I did find something really bad about it: The water is FREEZING! I was so excited to get out and swim in open water but I pretty much had a panic attack everytime I got in... Brandon was laughing his head off.Here is Bran eating lunch. If you zoom in on the picture, you will see a tiny cabin he made out of pine needles. K, he was so proud of this! I kid you not... he spent like an hour walking around trying to find perfect pines, and then spent forever building it. It's actually pretty impressive...
